We appreciate that documents sent to us may contain sensitive information. All documents are kept safely and securely. The documents and information are delivered in the work flow strictly on a need to know basis. Each employee is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement, which prohibits them for disclosing even the minutest details of any project, now or in future. For physical documents and electronic data we employ the very best in hardware and biometric security measures to keep all data completely secure.
We never disclose documents to third parties without the client’s written approval. Unless otherwise agreed with the client, Edorium eDocs may use a low resolution copy of the document as an example in our portfolio.
